 Brice Mandaville - Senior Pastor
Brice came to Seguin in 2001 after serving with our International Mission Board and pastoring several other churches. He and his wife Denise have one daughter (Lauren) in Middle School. He is a graduate of Hardin Simmons University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
 Brett McDonald - Associate Pastor
Brett joined the First Baptist family in the summer of 2009 after serving various churches in Texas and in Kentucky. He and his wife Helen have one son, Charlie, who was born in April of 2009. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education from Texas A&M University (2005), and a Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2009).
Howard Hudiburg - Assistant Pastor/Music
Howard leads the music ministry of the church. Howard attended Seguin High School and has music degrees from the University of Texas and Texas State University, where he currently serves as a music professor and orchestra director. He and his wife Marianne have two daughters currently attending college.
Jerry Douglass - Assistant Pastor / Senior Adults
Jerry has served churches in various capacities, most recently serving as a pastor in Missouri prior to retiring to Texas. He and his wife Mae have lived in Seguin since 2006. Jerry assists in hospital visitations and ministering to homebound members.

Lynn Coley - Principal, First Baptist Christian Academy
Mrs. Coley is the principal of First Baptist Christian Academy. She retired from teaching in May of 2004 after having taught for 34 years. Her last 19 years were spent teaching in Seguin, first at Ball Elementary for 14 years and then her last five years were spent at Weinert Elementary. She holds a Master's degree.
She is a member of First Baptist Church in Seguin and has two children, Amanda and Graham. Both are graduates of Seguin High School. Both attended the University of Texas. Lynn is married to Dewey Coley.
Her favorite activity outside of school is reading.
Lupe Gonzales - Office Manager
Lupe was in the Tejano music industry for 31 years. Some of his achievements as a musician were receiving a gold album, Song of the Year Award in Los Angeles, California and being inducted into the Tejano Hall of Fame. After receiving Christ as his Savior and Lord, he has come to realize that serving, writing, and playing music for God is more fulfilling that any award or fame he has achieved. Any future accomplishments, to God be the glory.
Lupe and his wife Alice have 4 kids. Melody is a graduate from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX, Noel is a graduate from Platt College in San Diego, California, Phillip and Amanda attend Seguin High School.
